Our Service
Since our inception in February 1997 we have conducted many hundreds of structural, non-structural and maintenance related inspections of both residential and commercial properties highlighting many serious concerns. All reports are typed and worded in layperson terms to ensure that each and every item identified will be easily understood by all persons, particularly those who are not familiar with the technical buildings terms.
We provide you with two copies of the report in original format (generally your settlement agent will request a copy and the second copy with serve this purpose). Building and Property Inspections are completed within 48 hours if required.
All inspections are carried out personally by our Senior Inspector who is registered with the Builders Registration Board of Western Australia and has over 27 years experience in the building industry, he is well experienced to assist you providing expert advice in all areas of building. The price of our residential Building and Property Inspections is fixed for all established homes up to the sale price of $700,000 within the metropolitan area (Mandurah and surrounding areas are included in the metropolitan area). Termite & Pest Inspections
