Price List
The price of our residential Building and Property Inspections is fixed for all established homes up to the sale price of $700,000 within the metropolitan area (Mandurah is included in metropolitan area). We are more affordable that most, often 40% more affordable than our competitors and we encourage you to compare our fixed price, comprehensive typed report (not a tick box or hand written report like some of the others), and our 48 hour turn around time (Please see our 'Services' page).
We do not request any payment at the time of inspection. A tax invoice will be posted along with the typed comprehensive Building and Property Inspection report. Payment terms are seven days and payment can be made via cheque or direct deposit or by prior arrangement.
Our prices are inclusive of the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and are fixed prices*
- Single Storey Homes $295
- Two Storey Homes $345
- Homes with timber sub-floor add $55

Specific detailed reports can also be carried out (in lieu of a full report on the complete building) for items of concern such as leaking shower, wall cracking, sag in roof, etc - $185
*For homes above a sale price of $700,000 or outside the metropolitan area (Mandurah and surrounding areas are included in our fixed price), we can provide a price after obtaining a few more details from you (please see our‘'Contact Us’ page).
