Our service is somewhat different to most other companies, for example…
1. The price of our inspections is around 40% more affordable than our competitors, plus our price is fixed so there are no surprises (please see our ‘Prices’ page for a detailed price list). We encourage you to compare our fixed price, our comprehensive typed report (not a tick box or hand written report like the others), and our 48 hour turn around time.
2. All reports are typed and worded in layperson terms, to ensure that each and every item identified is easily understood by all persons, particularly those who are not familiar with the technical buildings terms.
3. We provide you with two copies in original format (generally your settlement agent will request a copy and the second copy will serve this purpose and save you looking for a photocopier).
4. We provide a no cost telephone technical advice service - even if you do not proceed (please see our ‘Contact Us' page).
5. All inspections are carried out personally by our Senior Inspector who is registered with the Builders Registration Board of Western Australia and has over 27 years experience in the building industry. He is experienced and able to assist you with your requirements and provide expert advice in all areas of building.
