NB: If you have not yet submitted an offer to purchase a property, may we suggest you insert the following / or similar condition into the contract ‘Subject to a Building Inspection carried out by the purchasers selected building inspector and that no structural defects or extensive or serious non-structural items being detected.’ We also suggest you hold off the booking a Building and Property Inspection until you receive a pre-approval for finance.
