COST OF BUILDING INSPECTION PERTH AND MANDURAH?

Depending on the company that you entrust with your building inspection requirements and that company’s inclusions (the others call these Premium Inspections, which we include as standard) will vary the cost of building inspection Perth and Mandurah.

We carry our pre-purchase inspections, under construction and specific requirement inspections and all of our pricing is fixed, fully comprehensive and are inclusive of the GST, whereas many other building inspection companies advertise their pricing commencing with 'from'  which for the most part they are only offering a structural only inspection and then they charge for extras to bring the inspection and report up to a fully comprehensive inspection

At Affordable Building Inspections we provide you with a detailed comprehensive inspection and report for a low fixed pricing which includes the GST (including pre-purchase inspections of established home at $295 for single storey homes and $345 for two storey homes - see full price list below), these fixed prices are for all typical homes in most suburbs surrounding Perth to Mandurah, so save when you use Affordable Building Inspections.

The cost of our inspections is much less than our competitors because we charge a price that meets our clients' expectations and we include more usable content within our reports.

We encourage you to compare our fixed price, comprehensive typed report (not a tick box or hand written report like the others), and our fast turnaround times which is highlighted in our many client reviews.

Before you select a building inspection company it is suggested the following questions be asked

  1. What exactly is included in their inspections and reports? (Fully comprehensive or basic structural only).
  2. Who is the actual inspector who will be attending and what are their qualifications? (a number of companies offering inspections sublet the inspections to contractors).
  3. Can you speak directly to the inspector to discuss the building report after you receive the building report?
  4. What if I have a pressing question over a week-end, who can I speak with?.
  5. What is the total cost of a fully comprehensive building inspection and will there be any extras or GST added?
What Really is the Cost of a Building Inspection in Perth and Mandurah? Fixed Price Fully Comprehensive $295 For Single Storey

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF BUILDING INSPECTION

It is very important to know what is included in the cost of a building inspection, why? Because many building inspection companies only include the structural aspects of the building and do not included pergolas, patios, modification to the original structure, nor do they include electrical, plumbing, building compliance and maintenance related items, non-structural defects, safety concerns, isolation fencing to pool and spa areas, etc (or they charge you extra for every add on above a basic structural only inspection) whereas at Affordable Building Inspections we believe that it is critical that you as the buyer have a full understanding of the entire building and surrounds, this is the reason we provide each of our clients with a fully comprehensive inspection and detailed typed report on every aspect of the building and property for a low cost fixed price $295 for single storey and $345 for two storey homes and our pricing also includes the GST.

We are passionate about all things building and property and we remain with you to support you throughout the entire process well after the building report by offering free over the phone or if you prefer email advice, you can even contact us over week-ends and public holidays.

We do not request any payment prior to or at the time of inspection, a tax invoice will be emailed to you once we have completed both the onsite inspection and the typed building inspection report is complete, you can then make payment  via direct deposit or by prior arrangement.

Our prices are inclusive of the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and are fixed prices.

Details and inclusions of each type of inspection can be viewed at our Inspection Types Explained page and our Termite Inspection page.
