PRE-AUCTION INSPECTION

Prior to you attending an auction to bid on a home it is advisable to first obtain a fully comprehensive building inspection and report on the property. This will then enable you to be aware in advance of the homes compliance including legislative changes, such as the type and age of smoke detectors, RCD safety switches, structural integrity, any defects and potential costs to remedy and may even allow you to negotiate prior to the auction of sales contract. 

We will inspect the homes externally, internally, the roof frame, any out-buildings and fencing as well as list suggestions relating to non-structural and maintenance related items and provide you with a comprehensive typed individual building report, which will be fully described and worded in simple language.  

Pricing 

Single Storey Homes $295 fixed price and includes GST.

Two Storey Homes $345 fixed price and includes GST.

Fixed pricing is based on brick homes with an expected sales price of $800,000 or less. Refer to our Price List page.
