REIWA BUILDING INSPECTION ANNEXURE FOR PERTH TO MANDURAH

REIWA building inspection annexure for Perth to Mandurah is the most common annexure to a sales contract used by real estate agents for established homes and properties.

The REIWA annexure requires that the pre-purchase building inspection is performed by a builder with appropriate qualifications, in Western Australia a builder is a person or company that is registered by the Building Commission of Western Australia.
