PRE-SALE INSPECTION

There have been many legislative changes which places obligations on homeowners selling or leasing their homes, such as the type and age of smoke detectors, RCD safety switches, etc. Prior to you selling your home it is advisable to first obtain a fully comprehensive building inspection and report on the property. This will then enable you to be aware and have the opportunity in advance to take action prior to listing or sale eliminating any negativity or delay in the sales transaction. 

We will inspect the homes externally, internally, the roof frame, any out-buildings and fencing as well as list suggestions relating to non-structural and maintenance related items and provide you with a comprehensive typed individual building report, which will be fully described and worded in simple language. 

Pricing 

Single Storey Homes $295 fixed price and includes GST.

Two Storey Homes $345 fixed price and includes GST.

Fixed pricing is based on brick homes with an expected sales price of $800,000 or less. Refer to our Price List page.

Building Defects

This is an example of Non-Compliance (Connection from exhaust fan to roof flue not completed within the roof cavity at the time of the home's construction).
